Room 2313 (formerly Hearthside Lounge)
Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Note: Closed when classes are not in session.

What You'll Find When You Visit

Our lounge offers a variety of resources and services designed to help you relax, recharge, and prioritize your mental health and wellness, including:

  • Massage Chairs: Unwind in our state-of-the-art massage chairs, perfect for soothing stress and tension.
  • Wellness Resources: Access a range of wellness literature, relaxation techniques, and mental health information including a VR relaxation tool.
  • Quiet Spaces: Enjoy quiet, calming areas for yoga or stretching, meditation, reflection, or simply a break from your busy schedule.
  • Supportive Environment: Our friendly staff is here to answer questions and guide you to the right resources, whether it's mental health services or stress management strategies.
  • Coming Soon – Quiet Cove: A bamboo outdoor space designed for peace and mindfulness. Quiet Cove will be a serene retreat where you can enjoy nature, reflect, and find inner calm.
