Apply for Your Degree or Certificate

Once you meet all the requirements, apply for your AA/AS,  ADT or Certificate of Achievement by meeting with a 17³Ô¹Ï counselor to complete the graduation petition for your 17³Ô¹Ï academic program.

Schedule a Counseling Appointment

Appointments with 17³Ô¹Ï counselors are available  in-person, via telephone, or Zoom.

Prepare for Your Appointment

Gather your transcripts, AP scores, any other pertinent documents related to your degree or certificate to bring to your appointment.

Complete Petition Form During Your Appointment

Meet with your counselor at your scheduled time to fill out the online degree or certificate petition form.

 

Claim Your Digital Diploma

Starting with Spring 2022 graduates, 17³Ô¹Ï has partnered with Parchment to provide a digital version of your diploma. This makes it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends and potential employers.

Upon completion of your degree, you will receive an email in about 3 weeks to electronically ‘Claim’ your diploma. You can log in to your Parchment account at any time to share your diploma again and again. You will then have permanent online access to your digital diploma. Learn full details here
