While at 17³Ô¹Ï, Nick Shafer traveled abroad with the Global Experiential Learning program. Now he uses his International experiences to help other community college students.

The veteran educator is committed to 17³Ô¹Ï's educational excellence, equity, innovation.

The college finished in the top 3 of all CA Community Colleges in supporting students who enrolled in a transfer-level Math course to successfully complete it within one year of their initial enrollment.
