Professional Learning for 17³Ô¹Ï Employees
INNOVATION ✶ ACHIEVEMENT ✶ SUCCESS
A Program with a Purpose
The Professional Learning program at 17³Ô¹Ï is a top college priority. We are facing so many challenges with student equity, technology, accreditation, Generation Z students, returning veterans, and more, and we believe it is important to provide ongoing learning opportunities and resources to support 17³Ô¹Ï faculty and staff to effectively support student learning.
The program includes a robust offering of locally-developed workshops and events from the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, the Office of Online Learning, the Office of Student Services, and the Office of Instruction. It also includes funds for conference travel and participation - all designed to support the continuous development of knowledge and skills for the 17³Ô¹Ï campus community. Our programs are open to all FHDA district employees.
Professional Learning Newsletter
The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion distributes a monthly newsletter highlighting upcoming in-house and external equity-minded professional learning opportunities.
