About the Lecture

This panel discussion event will explore various dimensions of race and gender equality, shedding light on the challenges, progress and future directions in our collective journey toward inclusivity. Our goal is to foster an open conversation that encourages reflection, learning, and actionable steps toward a more equitable society. Please join thought leaders Ashley Adams, Ph.D., Tony Kashani, Ph.D., Maryam Daha, M.A., and Nicole Gonzalez-Howell, Ph.D., for this engaging afternoon dialogue, co-sponsored by the 17³Ô¹Ï-De Anza Center for Applied Humanities and the California History Center.
