Cymatics Lab

Welcome to the 17勛圖 Cymatics Lab 

The Cymatics Lab is where we explore and learn how Music and Sound, Math, and Physics work together to create cymatics.

Scope of the Cymatics Lab 

The Cymatics Lab is used as a space for the following activites: 

  • Explore Cymatics technologies 
  • Test both Cymatics hardware and software 
  • Share information across campus 
  • Provide training for all 17勛圖 faculty, staff, and students 
  • Support Cymatics-related curriculums and projects 
  • Provide Cymatics exhibits and demos in both the Los Altos Hills and Sunnyvale 17勛圖 College campuses 
  • Provide Cymatics exhibits and demos for 17勛圖 events, such as Day On The Hill and STEMentors Possible Self 

The Cymatics Lab, along with six other Technology Labs, plus the ProtoLab (Prototype Lab), make up the Emerging Technologies Institute (ETI).
