Lunch will be included. The film captures Eduardo’s personal journey as he connects with his grandfather’s legacy and explores critical issues like human rights, immigration, personal identity, and social justice. Eduardo will share insights about his family’s activism and the continued relevance of César °ä³óá±¹±ð³ú’s work today. About Eduardo °ä³óá±¹±ð³úEduardo Chavez is the scion of two revolutionary families as the grandson of both the legendary civil rights activist César °ä³óá±¹±ð³ú’, on his father’s side, and the Cuban revolutionary Max Lesnik, on his mother’s side. Eduardo attended Loyola Marymount University on a golf scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in communications. After college, he played professional golf and studied acting in Miami and Los Angeles. Eduardo is making his directorial debut with the feature documentary, "Hailing Cesar," released in early 2018. He is also the co-founder of Latindia Studios and a member of the speakers board for the Chavez Institute for Law and Social Justice. |
