AICCU offers research, consolidated purchasing, and professional development opportunities to member schools and provides information to counselors, students, and parents about private, non-profit education in California.

  • Centralized information for all California Colleges. Features campus exploration, college planning, career exploration, financial aid, etc.

    Listing of distance learning courses offered by California colleges; faculty resources for developing online courses. 

  • Information on colleges obtained through using various search criteria, financial aid, scholarships and online applications OR The CollegeNet search engine helps find colleges by region, college sports, major, tuition and several other criteria. Review compare and sort schools according to detailed profiles provided by ACT.

    Information on various colleges, graduate schools, specialized programs, distance learning OR Peterson's college database provides college, educational and career information as well as online college applications.

    College Board's site contains valuable information for higher education professionals. 

  • Offers access to information and admissions applications for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

  • Links to Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI's), student resources, scholarship, internships, jobs, conferences and events. 

  • This site provides links to many ranking services long with cautionary notes and a discussion of the ongoing controversy over rankings.

    Search the site by a college's type, location, major, cost, etc. PR also offers information about standardized tests, admissions, internships, and career programs. 

  • This site provides listings for thousands of study abroad programs in more than 100 countries throughout the world. 
  • Take a "virtual" college tour from these web sites: Campus Tours, College Visits. 

  • This site provides a list of public and private American universities granting bachelor or advanced degrees. 

  • A simple home page search with more than 3,000 colleges/universities in the database. It allows one to search schools by name or location and includes an international country index. 

  • This site contains a searchable index to the Web sites for 1001 community colleges in the U.S., Canada, and the world. Search alphabetically, geographically, or by keywords.

    This page of UT Austin Web Central contains links to Web servers at universities and community colleges in the U.S. 

  • This page provides a comprehensive list of two-year colleges that includes technical colleges, junior colleges, and accredited two-year proprietary schools in the U.S.
