Student Awards & Recognition 2021

An Annual Tradition

For many years, the Fine Arts & Communication Division has held an annual Division Award Ceremony.

This event is usually held on campus with many faculty, staff and administrators from both the division and the college at large celebrating the achievements of our students. Due to the pandemic, the division opted to create this webpage dedicated to recognizing the students who were selected to receive an award in lieu of the in-person ceremony.

Each year, faculty choose students with much deliberation to receive awards for reasons more than grades or test scores,  recognizing that these students often inspire others, produce works that exude their passions and/or overcome enormous obstacles and barriers to achieve success in college.

Introducing This Year's Awards Virtually for 2021

Congratulations, Students!

It is the privilege of the Fine Arts & Communication Division to honor the following students.

We invite you to listen to the videos that the departments produced to recognize these students. Each student receiving an award should feel tremendously proud. The department faculty members are truly inspired by each and every one of the students selected.
